Job Title: RF RNO Optimisation Engineer
Salary: Competitive
Duration: 3 months initially
Location: Paris , France
KEY SKILLS:
- Good 2Gand3G RAN/BSS knowledge, no less than 3 years:
- Radio Interface optimization
- UTRAN/BSS Protocol analysis
- KPI analysis
- Has a good knowledge of OSS (Huawei or other)
- GIS (ex: mapinfo)
- Knows well about at least one drive test tool and post-processing software (such as Nemo/Actix, XCAL/XCAP)
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT, NOT LIMITED TO:
- 2G Sites optimization post-swap to Huawei (based on OSS counters)
- 2G/3G Cluster KPI follow-up, troubleshooting for new feature validation
- RF Engineering Studies using Huawei proprietary tools (Nastar, Omstar, FMA, )
- Defining GIS database for Site Optimizations tasks
