RF Network Engineer - 4G/LTE

Our client, a global telecoms company, are looking for an RF Network Engineer with 4G/LTE network experience to join their team in Belgium on a contractual basis.
As the RF Network Engineer you will be responsible for Optimisation and Design activities as well as:
* Analysing drivetest results (Nemo & Actix for drivetest analyses) and counters from PRS to release the acceptance document after corrective actions.
* Investigating network performance, complicated QOS problems (based on analysis of drive tests results, clients complaints, performance indicator).
* Issuing, discussing and/or implementing optimisation recommendations (optimisation of cell parameters and aerials) for network improvement.
* Follow-up & reporting of new 4G Site integration between I&C & FN8c phases (site ready for commercial use).
* Preparation and implementation of declaration & integration batch with the different templates/parameters (3G & 4G).
* Inconsistencies checks on level of neighbour declaration. Focus missing neighbour's between different technologies.
To perform the role you will need to have excellent knowledge of 4G/LTE equipment and parameters on Radio Level (Huawei) for site integration and optimisation. You will also need knowledge and experience with batch preparation/implementation with Huawei M2000 and CME, focus on LTE.
Prior working knowledge of tools including: Asset, Nemo, Actix, Mapinfo, M200, Excel, Access, PRS Huawei and counters.
