Job Title - END TO END Network Performance Manager
Job Description:
Requirement:
1, Working for Telecomumication 15 years, mainly in RF field and familiar with E2E(wireless,core,transmission) performance management.
2, Able to handle CTO level customer and English fluent.
3, Familiar and accept Huawei working style .
- Experience in MS Project will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge on RF (both 2G and 3G) interms of Planning, Performance, Capacity, Strategy and Optimization.
- Good knowledge on non-RF (Transport, CS/PS Core, IP, VAS)
- Should be able to deliver the project targets by achieving the SLA/KPIs and Acceptances.
- Have experience in dealing with High level management upto CEO/CTO Level
- Have good knowledge on Huawei equipment (parameter/counters/features) and also other vendors as well.
- Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the customer and project teams (inter department) and must be able to handle project expectations and customer expectations
- To be able to lead a big number of team and a network consisting of 30K sites.
- Must be a able to work under pressure and able to adapt to any project changes.
- Must possess a good working attitude and an network operation mindset.
