LTE RF Engineer

This leading, Global telecommunications company is currently recruiting for a number of RF Engineer positions in various locations across the United States.

These roles will involve satisfying SLAs, performing optimization activities and providing support to the field RF team. You will be responsible for multiple aspects of RF engineering support, RF troubleshooting and optimization, interference analysis, hardware and software defects and general troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for maximum permissible exposure compliance work throughout the local markets.

As the ideal candidate you will have:
Design experience in 3G or LTE
Excellent troubleshooting skills
An excellent understanding of LTE fundamentals, such as link budget, PCI, TA list and KPIs.
Significant experience of using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools
A good understanding of plumbing diagrams and be able to create them (diplexers, duplexers)
Ability to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them.

As these roles are based in the United States candidates must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team and work without supervision where necessary.
