RF Engineer

RF Eng., LTE Design, Level II, III

RF engineers needed for LTE design projects in various US markets.

Skill set

- Candidates must have design experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design.
- Minimum 8-10 years of RF design experience, 5+ in UMTS/LTE.
- Atoll tool experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools
- Good communication skills in English
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals- link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI's, etc.
- Candidate must have significant experience using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools
- Understand plumbing diagrams and able to create them (diplexers, duplexers)
- Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.)
- Candidate must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary.
- Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them.
