RF Engineer - LTE/Design/Optimisation/Atoll
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RF Engineer - LTE Design to join a market leading telecommunications company in Dallas, Texas. This is a contract opportunity and offers an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.

The successful RF Engineer must have the following skills:
*Design experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design.
*Good working knowledge of Atoll tool.
*Good troubleshooting skills.
*A strong understanding of LTE fundamentals- link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI's, etc.
*Significant knowledge using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools
*Understanding of plumbing diagrams and able to create them (diplexers, duplexers).
*Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.)
*Willingness to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary.
*The ability to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them.
