We have an immediate and MULTIPLE contract opportunity available for experienced RF Engineers with the following skills and experience levels.

Position Titles: RF Engineer - Senior Level

Location: Louisiana Markets

Scope of Work:

Radio Planning, Access planning, dimensioning and Optimization of 2G/3G/LTE network to trouble shoot and improve KPIs. Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems Implementation of new RAN features, and tuning of RAN database parameters - Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections. Radio propagation planning, optimisation of coverage footprint and services. Frequency planning with planning tools.

Planning and optimization of data services (2G and 3G, HSPA, IHSPA, LTE). Performs design and performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project manager's guidance. Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise. Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness Lead RF design and optimization activities for a WCDMA network using enterprise post-processing and KPI reporting application for cluster/market acceptance. Implement UMTS/GSM optimization/acceptance plan, sponsor best practices, assess and escalate system issues to RAN, Core, Data design teams, Perform link budget analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis, Ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration, Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks, Undertake BSS/RNC/Node

Technical Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in RF Planning & Optimization for WCDMA, GSM/EDGE/UMTS/LTE or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Nokia Siemens or competitive RAN Product. Ericsson GSM/UMTS/LTE Knowledge a plus.
- NSN RAN Knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge and practice of planning and optimization processes.
- Knowledge and practice of RF Planning tool and DT measurement tools
- Good knowledge of 2G/3G KPI, practice in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
