RF DESIGN AND OPTIMISATION ENGINEER
Our client is looking for a RF Design and optimisation engineer NSN experience that has an in depth knowledge of the NSN RAN in terms of design for traffic steering strategy, features/parameters and performance (counters/KPIs).
Detailed Knowledge of Capacity Steering within the RNC's and RBS's are a key requirement. Knowledge of all boards and capacity limitations within the boards are key.
The engineer should be able to analyse the performance of features and parameters from a global perspective and provide recommendations to the optimisation teams to improve performance.
