RF DAS ENGINEER - IBWAVE

My client is currently looking for an experienced RF DAS Engineer with iBWave experience for a long term contract based in Dallas Texas, USA

The successful candidate should have the following experience/Skills:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry with direct experience in RF Design
- Demonstrated knowledge in several of the following platforms and/or technologies
- Small cell design and optimization
- In - Building design and optimization
- System Design including: GSM, LTE, CDMA, EVDO
- Proficient in radio signal coverage prediction tool - iBWave
- iBwave certification with in building design experience a plus
- Excellent analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Decision making skills
- Leadership skills
- Commitment to excellence, demonstrating company values and policies, initiating action, accepting responsibility for results, and making quality decisions
- Flexible to attempt alternate solutions to resolve issues and seamlessly adjust to a dynamic, changing business environment
- Superior organizational time management, prioritization and project planning skills
- Good communicator
