RF Consultant with Huawei and NSN 2G&3G Optimization experience

Skills required:
General RF skills, focused mainly on RF optimization (some RF planning skills may be required but are not essential)
Strong knowledge Huawei 2G (parameters, features)
Strong knowledge Huawei 3G (ATM & IP, parameters, features)
Knowledge NSN 2G (parameters, features)
Knowledge NSN 3G (ATM & IP, parameters, features)
Fluent in Spanish

General skills [Mandatory]
- WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network performance daily monitoring (RRC success rate, RAB Est. Success, CS & PS DCR, Hs Drop, IRAT, HS Throughput ).
- RNC performance assessment after SW upgrades, Sites re-homing, RNC or BSC vendor Swap and reports any performance degradation or alarm.
- Capacity check and utilization monitoring for different interfaces and resources (Iub utilization, Power utilization, Code utilization, channel element utilization, CPU load )
- Maintain & improve the Radio Network Performance to meet the contracted KPIs
- Drive test analysis using Swissqual for Area/Major Roads regular drive test and taking a corrective action for the findings (Dropped/Blocked calls, IRAT/SHO Failures, and Pilot Pollution )
- Handle special tasks and strategies as 2nd carrier deployment, traffic balancing, QoS implementation
- Performance, Capacity and Parameters audit in order to provide recommendations.
- VIP customer complaints handling.

Huawei specific skills [Mandatory]
- Advance knowledge of Huawei hardware (Node B and RNC, IP Clock)
- Real Time Performance Monitoring for special events using WebLMT & M2000.
- Advanced analysis and troubleshooting using Web LMT tracing (IMSI, IOS & UE) and cell monitoring.
- Advanced analysis and troubleshooting using CHR data (using UMAT, PCHR & OMSTAR).
- Perform implementation and suggestion of new features in RAN12, RAN13 is an advantage.
