RF CMOS Designer (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Identify and specify suitable ultra-low-power architectures
-Specify IP-modules and prove their system-level performance
-Perform RF circuit design and verification
-Guide physical design
-Take the responsibility for the characterization of modules developed the embedded RF transceiver that meet 802.15.4 and other (e.g. ANT, BLE) standard requirements
-Be responsible for the quality of the design to meet functionality, performance, cost, reliability, re-use and schedule criteria
-Collaborate with other teams for overall signal chain budgeting, protocol layer processing, calibration, compensation, control and timing
-Be responsible for the initial evaluation and debug of

new designs in the lab -Assist with the generation of characterization and test
plans for laboratory test and on ATE

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Engineering degree (Master) in Micro-Electronics, Physics or equivalent discipline
-Professional RF IC design experience preferably in low-power wireless
-Excellent command of signal, noise and control theory
-Excellent knowledge in submicron CMOS semiconductor technology
