I have an excellent opportunity for a Rewards Manager to work for a major company based in Welwyn Garden City.

Rewards Manager
6 months Contract
Welling Garden City

Job Purpose:

Provides the inputs required to support the internal and external governance of Senior Executive remuneration, and responsible for managing key reward processes such as pay review, incentive schemes for executive population

Key Skills:

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
- Sourcing relevant market data for pay bench marking purposes for Senior Executives/Work Level 4 & 5 populations
- Managing a bench marking process that is efficient, dynamic and objective with the involvement and ownership of the People Business Partners/People Partners and Executive Resourcing Team
- Providing pay recommendations & advice based on robust market intelligence, internal relatives and talent profiles
- Managing the operational delivery of the global annual compensation review process for Senior Executives and Work Level 4 and 5 populations
- Supporting the Group Reward Director in the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers

Experience Required:

- High level of technical reward skills, including pay bench marking, salary reviews and short term and long term incentive plans
- Preparation of Rem Co papers
- Executive Compensation/Reward Strategy
- Reward Communications

Operational skills relevant for this role:

- Excellent relationship management
- Project management
- Effective communication
- Solid Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and handle challenges
