I have an excellent opportunity for a Rewards & Benefits Analyst to work for a large blue chip organisation based in Cheshire.

Rewards & Benefits Analyst
Start Date: 25/03/13
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Cheshire

Skills & Experience:
*Previous HR/business client relationship/consultancy experience.
*Proven analytical skills and an ability to interpret and use numerical data to drive decisions and to exercise sound judgement.
*Must have strong Excel (pivot table level) experience.
*Experience of Rewards & Benefits within HR for employees.
*Excellent interpersonal, communications, and organisational skills combined with ability to plan, organise and carry out multiple project assignments.
*Proven ability to engage a wide variety of audiences in a collaborative, results-oriented manner where negotiation and facilitation skills may also be required.
*Demonstrated success in consulting across functional areas.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams at one time and to and meet tight and changing deadlines.
*Able to work independently and as a part of multiple teams, both across the region and globally.
*Experience in working with senior leaders and ability to work across a heavily-matrixed environment.
