Our client is a leading banking corporation based in Canary Wharf, and this permanent role sits in the corporate Head Office.

Reporting into the Global Compensation and Benefits Director, this role will provide support in the development, implementation and on-going management of the remuneration and benefits strategy.

Key responsibilities:
* Preparing the remuneration committee papers and associates work
* Supporting the management of the Remco timetable and associated work streams
* Helping to ensure appropriate governance over the remuneration of executive directors
* Support of the remuneration report and associate disclosures in the annual report and accounts.
* Support on significant remuneration and benefits projects for the group as and when required
* Reviewing the structure of the remuneration of the executive directors and continued work in relation to the FSA and other regulatory work streams

Role Requirements:
* Experience in remuneration and benefits (in particular executive compensation) within a leading consultancy firm or corporate head office
* Experience of delivering Board Committee quality work and document management
* Experience in the preparation and use of market data
* Experience in managing complexity and uncertainty
* Experience with IT packages such as Excel, Access and SAP
* Preferably experience of financial services.
