Reward Specialist - GCB 5

My Client, a market leadingh global financial services industry is looking for a SENIOR REWARD ANALYST to join their expanding team within the banking sector.

Rate: £400

Location: Canary Wharf

Duration: 6 months

The role holder will operate within a complex matrixed environment across the European region with a heavy focus on regulatory compliance. This role will need to support the alignment of reward activity between local regulatory requirements, Group FIM, Group reward strategy and business area incentive frameworks. Performance & Reward is part of the HR function, which is responsible for the promotion, monitoring and development of the HSBC employee value proposition within HBEUs.

The Performance & Reward team has responsibility for the development and implementation of policy on all aspects of remuneration, benefits and allowances across the Europe. The team works with external consultants from time to time (eg Mclagan, Towers Watson) on pay benchmarking and other major projects.
