Reward Specialist

The client: Our client is a leading global management consultancy with a reputation for innovation, quality service and a tailored approach to its client group. With offices across the global they support many of their major clients in Europe from their City ofLondonoffice. At present they are seeking an experienced reward professional to join their team. This role is paying up to £60,000 as a basic salary. The role: This position is key to the success of the organisation and will support many of their major accounts. The role will involve: * Management of key client relationships * Working on a variety of reward projects for clients * Providing a tailored service and fact-based solutions to individual accounts * Market analysis/salary benchmarking/job evaluations * Mentoring of other members of the team The candidate: The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent technical reward skills(data analysis/Excel) * Solid understanding of compensation/reward structures * Experience of or an interest in the financial and professional services industry * The ability to manage client relationships * Excellent communication skills
