REWARD MANAGER - NORTH LONDON - CONTRACT - COMPETITIVE DAY RATE

Our client a large blue chip organisation is on the search for a dynamic and forward-thinking Reward Manager to come into a re- structured Rewards team to be more focussed on a proactive service to the business. There is an award-winning reward function currently in place which has a strong structure and market leading packages.

The need to pro-actively promote these benefits to the employee base and get increased uptake on various packages is critical. Our client is looking for a Reward Manager to pro-actively communicate these benefits and take this out to the wider business.

The key to this role is being able to communicate the company reward strategy and offering to a diverse employee base. Being able to understand the company reward structure and being able to communicate the benefits across the organisation via multi-channel communication channels is essential.

THE KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REWARD MANAGER WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO;

- Fresh and dynamic approach to reward; for example using innovative ideas to get by-in from low uptake reward schemes
- Effective communication of all reward benefits to 10, 000+ employees
- Increase uptake of all reward products and benefits to 90% across the board
- Develop innovative channels using social media, mobile, online to communicate more efficiently and effectively.
- To become a custodian and to champion all reward communication across the entire organisation

AS THE SUCCESSFUL REWARD MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CONSULTATIVE SKILLS AS WELL AS DEEP EXPOSURE AND UNDERSTANDING OF;

- Had a fast-track career within HR and rewards and achieved much in a relatively short time-fame
- Experience within Reward or HR reward function
- Having delivered reward to over 1000 employees minimum
- Track record of communicating HR policy, ideally within reward/compensation and benefits.
- Retail background
- Excellent understanding of Social Media and its use within reward
