My clients a leading Global Bank currently seek a Reward Manager, 50-60k,LondonCanaryWharf. This is a great opportunity to join this organisation at an exciting time of change. Reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation and working as an integral part of a small team and wider reward function key deliverables will fall across: * Group-wide reward governance processes * Management of regulatory and annual account disclosures on remuneration * Remuneration Committee submissions * Key involvement in Performance and Reward Initiatives * Leading process enhancements and system implementations around risk monitoring * Key contributor to best practice in compliance with internal and external controls My client are seeking an accomplished Reward professional with expert knowledge across the above areas.
