Reward Manager-Watford The client: Our client is a leading international professional services firm with a reputation for innovation and excellent client service. At present they are seeking an experienced compensation or reward manager to sit in their internal HR practice. This role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract based inWatford. The role is paying up to £55K as basic salary. The role will involve: * Supporting and delivering the end-to-end salary and bonus reviews(across a number of different sites) * Playing a key role in the development of reward strategy * Communication of this strategy to key stakeholders * Benchmarking, market reviews and job evaluations to provide reward insight and guidance * Providing input to international policies * Support with the management of the reward team The ideal candidate will have: * Strong experience in compensation and reward * Solid technical reward skills * A track record of supporting the annual salary and bonus review * Strong managerial skills * The ability to present ideas around reward policy and strategy * Stakeholder management exposure
