- Experience of Performance and Reward practice in a complex global Matrix business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and apply market data and trends
- Ability to work in a virtual set-up and influence counterparts in Regional P ability to recommend creative and feasible solutions
- Strong business acumen, able to link business strategy to people practices
