Our client is a leading international professional services organisation. There are headquartered out ofLondonand provide HR support for the international business from their City ofLondonoffice. At present there are growing their HR function and in particular their Compensation and Benefits team.

The role:

They are seeking a Reward Manager to oversee the compensation and benefits team and to ensure its run in accordance with the company strategy. This is a permanent role supporting the international business and is paying up to £55,000 as a basic salary.

The role will involve:

* Supporting the Head of Reward in ensuring the smooth operation of the reward strategy
* Management of the compensation/commission team, ensuring timely delivery to sales employees
* Working alongside the Head of Reward to design reward strategy and communicate compensation/commission strategy to employees
* Bonus design and ensuring effectively benefits administration
* Working on a range of reward projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Broad reward experience in a managerial capacity
