Our client is a leading oil and gas major with offices globally. At present they are seeking an experienced Reward/HR Analyst to join their team inCentral London. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract paying between 30K-35K. The role will involve: * Supporting with the annual salary review * Preparing weekly/monthly headcount reports * Market analysis, job evaluations and benchmarking * Salary related research * Working on a range of compensation & benefits related projects The ideal candidate will have: * Strong skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint * Solid analytical and numeracy skills * Experience or an interest in reward/HR * Excellent communication skills * The ability to work on a variety of projects.
