Reward Consultant

The reward market is booming at present within theLondonarea. This is particularly true of the consultancy space with a variety of organisations committing to expanding their consultancy teams at all levels. Companies currently recruiting range from specialist HR consultancies to global management consultancies and boutique executive remunerations organisations. There is particular interest in candidates with exposure to reward within the financial services sector. These positions range from analyst to senior consultant between a salary range of £40,000 to £90,000. The role: These organisations can be an excellent next step in your career as they offer the opportunity to work on a range of tailored reward projects with prestigious clients across a variety of sectors. These roles will involve: * Managing key client relationships * Providing strategic reward support at both a general and executive level * Working on projects including; Remco reports and advise, incentive and share plan design and general all-employee reward strategy. * Business development * Providing a tailored reward advisory service to each individual client based on market knowledge and research The candidate: Our clients are seeking people from both an in-house or consultancy background with a number of common traits required: * Strong understanding of reward (all employee or executive remuneration) * Excellent technical/data analysis skills * Excellent communication skills * The ability to handle key client relationships * An ambition to build a successful career in consultancy
