Reward Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen within my client's organisation for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join the rewards team. The candidate will focus on the creation and implementation of reward initiatives throughout the company with the support of the wider HR team The main responsibilities will include; - Building awareness and implementation of relevant products and processes, including total compensation - You will need to maintain an awareness of the market, best practise and competitor strategies - Past working experience in a relevant role - Provide subject matter advice on all matters related to reward and compensation The ideal candidate will have the following criteria; - Graduate degree - Ability to critically analyse when reviewing activities; and where needed, create feasible recommendations and solutions - Strong Business and market knowledge - Excellent team skills - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and the knowledge to act accordingly.
