Reward & Benefits Manager
9-12 month FTC

Up to £50000 pro rata

A specialist organisation, continuously growing, influencing change and making an impact is currently looking to recruit a Reward & Benefit Manager to implement and deliver a reward strategy in line with the review and change of people strategy. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious reward professional looking to make an impact in this highly successful organisation. The Reward & Benefits Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the rewards and benefits are competitive, motivational and fair for all.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop reward & benefits strategy for the organisation
Develop a comprehensive pay and grading structure that allows for progression, development and retention of staff
Develop and implement a job evaluation process to make sure that grading structure are fair
Carry out labour market research to ensure pay and benefits packages are competitive and cost effective across relevant sectors in which we operate
Jointly manage with the Head of HR the reward aspects of the second phase of Terms and Conditions project currently underway
Review and manage the remuneration practice, ensuring grading decisions are robust
Review and develop a broad range of benefits and employee recognition schemes, working toward a total reward and flexible benefits approach
Manage the transition to the new auto enrolment pension scheme
Review the Executive & Management reward strategy

Key Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing reward & recognition strategies and salary grading structures
Experience of delivering reward solutions which meet the needs of a number of different job specialism's across a number of different labour markets.
CIPD qualified
HAY Job evaluation experience
Ability to work independently, proactively and under tight deadlines.
Analytical skills and the ability to present complex information to the business and staff consultation forums.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate must be available for the full length of contract.
