A financial services firm based in London, is seeking a Reward & Share Plans Manager with experience of implementing global equity programs, leading a compensation cycle and to manage the company's UK benefits strategy. This role will report into the Head of Reward and would be seen as a subject matter expect on all compensation regulations matters.

The company has over £70 billion in assets under management and has a presence in 11 countries with 1000 employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Leading on the delivery of the Global Reward strategy.
• Interpreting and analysing compensation and benefits data to ensure business implications are highlighted and accurate information is available for HR, Head of Reward and Senior Stakeholders.
• Leading on the company's group's equity plans and ensuring they meet the business needs.
• Working with the HR department during the reward cycle.
• Leading on the governance of the company's remuneration practices, including assisting on RemCo and keep HR and the Head of Reward up to date with global regulations influencing remuneration practises.

QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Experience of compensation & benefits planning and management, preferably within financial services or a consultancy firm is highly desirable.
• A proven track record in managing global equity programmes and working knowledge of the global compensation regulations.
