Currently recruiting for a Reward and Recognition Manager for a leading organisation based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Working for this leading employer in Maidenhead, Berkshire, you will be joining the Reward team on a 6 month contract, you will be immediately available and happy to commit to a 6 month contract.

THE ROLE:

As Reward and Recognition Manager, you will provide dedicated support to the Multi-channel Transformation project. This will include a review, redesign, development and implementation of new and consistent Reward and Recognition structures in each of the Sales Channel structures. The multi-channel transformation project is designed to provide customers with an enjoyable and consistent experience delivered through people and digital capability that is best in class.

To achieve this they need to attract, retain and engage the workforce and the Rewards role is critical in this. The Reward team are a centre of excellence within the wider People & Property team and this new role will report to the Head of Reward working within the existing team providing a dedicated resource to the Multi-channel Transformation project.

With a HR Shared Service centre who provide significant administrative support in the routine and cyclical activities. Benefits are provided through third party partners. The wider HR community are a key stakeholder and the job holder will work closely to support and advise them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review Sales Channel incentive plans, processes and recognition arrangements to ensure they are fit for purpose, are compliant with the aims of the multi-channel project, the Company's pay philosophy, support Company objectives and reflect best practice.
- Obtain, review and analyse market remuneration and recognition data and trends to support the multi-channel transformation project.
- Develop short and medium term proposals for how the Sales Channel incentive plans, processes and recognition arrangements can be modified to best support the customer experience changes.
- Provide analytical support in the review, design and development of competitive, cost effective and innovative reward solutions, in order to attract, motivate and retain employees.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Internal Comms and HRBP's to ensure that all changes are well communicated and understood.
- Where proposed changes impact on T&C's work with the Employee Relations team to engage and consult with the Employee Forum as necessary.
- Support employees understanding and awareness of their incentive and recognition programs.
- Support the improvement of communication initiatives to improve employees and prospective employees understanding of their remuneration to help drive improved levels of employee engagement.
- Support the development of the company reward strategy and pay philosophies.
- Work on or manage company-wide Reward & Benefit projects as required.
- Work closely with the rest of the Reward Team and contribute to the technical development of the Reward Consultant and Analyst as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

To be suitable for this role, you will have experience of incentive design and analysis as well as experience of managing bonus and salary review processes.
You will have commercial awareness and an understanding of how incentives drive business performance together with remuneration survey experience including role matching and analysis of data.
Advanced Excel
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience of Reward in a Retail or fast-paced sales oriented organisation.
It would also be preferential although not necessary, to have generalist HR experience, finance/analytical experience and experience of developing communications/marketing reward and recognition schemes, including the practical applications of social media.
Experience of Reward in a technology/telecoms organisation.
Experience of managing benefits.
Experience of managing flexible benefits schemes.
