We can pay £320 per day.
Reward management and Reward systems (performance management, salary review, bonus processing and Equity processing).
The Reward Analyst for HRIS Reward is required to have good knowledge and have at least two years' experience of working in either HR or working in Reward management and Reward systems (performance management, salary review, bonus processing and Equity processing).
You will be responsible for working with: stakeholders including: HR, business reward teams, group reward teams and executive reward. You will provide generic project support; examples of tasks could be assisting with the implementation and deployment of a common performance and reward management system in 65+ countries, providing supporting materials for Line Managers, working with countries to ensure all pre-deployment activities are completed within the correct timescales etc.
Provide support relating to the design of the global performance and reward management system
Management of the pay review task list
- Agree format of the task list
- List of all the system tasks/events in the performance and pay review that are required
- Prepare templates for gathering information required for each tasks
- Prepare step by step instructions for each of the system tasks
Progressing routine pay review tasks
Manage the pay review system timeline
Assist with providing support documentation to end users ie service centre, business users
- Process maps
- User guides
- Help guidance
Provide support to any of the project workstreams as required
Interface with system users and system support teams
