A global financial services organisation is currently looking for a Reward Analyst to join their expanding team within their global Reward function. In this role you will support all key reward processes such as annual pay and bonus cycle, incentive scheme initiatives, benchmarking and policy review and improvements. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have a good understanding of compensation procedures with advanced excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data on HR Systems (Peoplesoft, Oracle Populous etc). This is a excellent opportunity to further your career with an organisation that can offer extensive development opportunities and will give you exposure to project work, stakeholder management and complex data handling to provide variety everyday.
