Reward Analyst - Financial Services

Our client, a leading international banking organisation based in the City of London are seeking a Reward Analyst for a brand new pivotal role in their Reward Team. This role is paying between £35,000 and £45,000.

This role will provide direct support to the Senior Reward Manager on compensation issues and projects and support HR generalists on Reward policy developments and applications.

This role will contribute proactively to the reward approval process, guide the HR team colleagues on Reward related issues, and assist in the management of Reward and Benefit survey programmes. You will support the Annual Pay Review processes, and provide high quality spreadsheet based analysts on Reward issues as required.

Our client is looking for an individual with technical reward experience gained in a fast paced environment. You will need to be accurate and detail conscious, and be a competent user of Microsoft office. An adaptable communication style and gravitas to face off to varying business leaders and HR Heads.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated from a red brick University.
