An opportunity has arisen with one of our major public sector clients for a Reward Analyst on an initial 7 month contract.

The Reward Analyst will be responsible for carrying out a detailed and evidence based review in how our client recruits for specialist and "hard to fill roles" and how they retain colleagues in those positions. The review will focus on the remuneration, compensation and benefits aspect of this challenge.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

- Experience of being in a Reward or Compensation and Benefits focused role
- In-depth knowledge of job evaluation and relevant training (eg Tower Watson/Hays grading systems)
- In-depth knowledge of remuneration strategy
- Experience of successfully delivery change projects (eg introducing new job evaluation or remuneration system)
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Experience of working in a unionised environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of relevant HRMC rules (desirable)
- Knowledge of Equality Act (desirable)
