The Role:

To provide compensation benchmarking and analysis through the classification of roles and use of market data, Ideally with Towers Watson

To support MSIG in the implementation of variable pay schemes e.g. bonus, short-term and long-term incentive schemes

Enable HR team to access and utilise such "intelligence" by improving reporting and creating excel tools to support the team.

Support the business through performance and pay review processes

Skills

* Above average skills and strong aptitude with data, reporting, production and analysis
* Advanced Excel (advanced formulae, pivot tables, look-ups, "if" statements and analysis tools) essential
* Strong PowerPoint, Word and other MS office applications skills
* Experience with HR systems and reporting using a variety of tools (or aptitude to learn and utilise)
* Analytical and numerate ideally with a good understanding of basic business finances and data (or aptitude to learn and utilise)
* Accuracy and attention to detail; checking processes and documentation and version control must be robust
* Flexible and happy to provide support in a variety of areas
* Enthusiastic team player with constant improvement always in mind
