REWARD ANALYST - GLOBAL LEGAL PRACTISE - CITY OF LONDON Our client is an international legal practice with an outstanding reputation in the legal sector based in the City ofLondon. They are seeking a talented and ambitious reward analyst to join their developing team. The role itself is a brand new role with a broad range of responsibilities, it is paying a basic salary between £25k to £35k based on experience. The role has come about as a result of expansion plans for the team as the reward function becomes global. The reward team is responsible of supporting the firms reward strategy including performance management, compensation and benefits. The team also supports the annual salary and performance management process.
