Reward Advisor

Reward Analyst/Advisor The client: Our client is a leading professional services organisation with offices across the globe and with an excellent reputation in the marketplace for innovation and client service. At present they are seeking an experience reward analyst/advisor to join their internal HR team. This is aLondonbased role and will initially be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract paying between £35,000-50,000 as a basic salary. (subject to experience) The role: This position of reward analyst will involve: * Supporting the senior management team with the annual salary review and overall reward strategy * A large volume of analytical work including salary benchmarking, market analysis, modelling and reporting through Excel. * A range of project work * Building relationships with key internal stakeholders The candidate: The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent analytical skills(Excel skills) * Previous experience in a corporate, professional or consultancy environment * Previous experience of reward or compensation * Ability to build relationships with key members of the business
