We are looking for a Revit MEP Technician able to complete a 6-12 month contract in Stratford-Upon-Avon for a design consultancy based there. You will be taken on to work as part of a small existing BIM Team, so you will need to be confident to work on your own immediately and with little guidance. There is a good chance that after the initial contract stint, you will be offered the chance to further develop your BIM knowledge by moving into a BIM Lead role with a view to building a knowledge base that will see you as a BIM Manager.
You need to have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Sound Revit MEP knowledge, including the ability to create content within the software
- Experience of working autonomously with Revit MEP
- Ideally some coordination experience, but this isn't essential if you model proficiently
