Revenue Collection Officer

Code Red Associates are a specialist supplier of resource to the public sector, local authoritydocumentation of procedures in relation to recovery; and housekeeping with the Revenues and Benefits system.

Essential skills and experience for this role include a successful track record in dealing with debt recovery, the related legislations and the associated systems. It would be extremely beneficial to have experience of Housing rents, benefit overpayment, Council tax or Business rates. Experience with revenue and benefit software (such as Northgate/iWorld, Capita Academy, IBS/Civica OPENRevenues, Pericles etc.) is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is able to take appropriate action without hesitation.
