Retention Finance Analyst, Maidenhead

We are looking for a Retention Finance Analyst to work on a contract basis for a large mobile telecommunication provider, based out of Maidenhead.

The role of the Retention Finance Analyst will be to take responsibility for driving the commercial performance of the marketing retention trading team. Positioned within the Commercial Finance Team, the role will be pivotal in ensuring the business understands the commercial performance in the retention area for contract LOBs.

The post holder will have the opportunity to interact with many part of the business, who will actively seek their involvement, influence and insights into financial outcomes through the retention financial reporting.

Keys responsibilities of this post include;

- Provide financial analysis of over two hundred thousand transactions per month.
- Taking ownership of achieving the business targets set.
- Developing and delivering the weekly and monthly forecast of key retention KPIs.
- Analyse profitability and support recommendations to grow margin through retention.

We are looking for a Retention Finance Analyst that can meet the following criteria;

- Finance Qualification/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of working in a marketing environment.
- Ability to influence, advise and add value across multiple business functions.
- Proven analytical skills, showing an ability to improve accuracy of reporting.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
- Experience within telecommunications would be advantageous.
- Adept at high level stakeholder management.

The role is an ongoing freelance contract, available to start from Mid-November onwards, based in Maidenhead.
