JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

PMO Lead for the Retail SIM Programme within the Retail TC Team, leading on all PMO-related activities (in collaboration with the TC PMO Team to ensure standardisation/one-best-way). The nature of this role will include, but not be limited to, managing the running of programme governance, planning, change control, RAID management, workstream and programme status reporting, the development of materials for governance forums, tracking of work packages, resources & financials.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTPUTS

1. Report to the Retail SIM Programme Manager to manage the PMO processes for the Retail SIM Programme.

2. Create & maintain key materials required by the Programme, such as risk and issue management documentation, change requests, plans, status reports, financial & resourcing information.

3. Support individual Project Managers and Initiatives leads by ensuring a framework exists for them to manage the below activities* relevant to their Project/Initiative, and provide coaching and support where intervention is needed to ensure adherence and quality

*Not exhaustive: Project/Initiative Summary Reports, RAID Log, Change Requests, financial & resourcing information.

4. Act as a point of contact between the Programme leadership team and the TC

Good verbal and written communication skills, including strong customer focus;

Strong organisational skills;

Financial management skills

Competency at using Microsoft Office software
