JOB TITLE:
Sales Associate of Retail Services

POSITION REPORTS TO:
Manager of Retail Services

DEPARTMENT:
Corner Shop

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Associate of Retail Services will be responsible for selling merchandise and providing the highest level of customer service for the customer. Assists with all operations of the Corner Shop. This position will work directly under the direction of Manager of Retail Services

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
High School Diploma

Required Length and Type of Experience:
One year prior retail, cash handling and merchandising experience required. Computer/POS/inventory knowledge

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Associate's primary responsibility is to actively participate in the process of the sale of merchandise and service the customer efficiently through knowledge of products and varieties, as well as product location.

- Become proficient in all aspects of Counterpoint POS
- Greet and interact with customers
- Monitors patrons to assist the store in loss prevention.
- Maintain the appearance of the store, freshness of the products, restocking shelves, cleaning, sweeping, and dusting as needed.
- Receive orders in a timely manner while keeping an eye out for conditions of products.
- Ensure accuracy in regards to receiving orders and pricing merchandise.
- Fulfill all shift duties.
- Under the direction of the Manager assists with volunteer scheduling, training and responsibilities.

Provides all customers of Southwest General Health Center with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our Standards of Performance each and every day.
