Service Desk Analyst - London - Retail Experience - 3 months Initially - Shift Pattern

I am currently recruiting for a number of Service Desk Analysts to join the Operational Service Desk.

The below is required:

* ServiceNow experience/exposure
* Communication skills essential
* Retail experience
* Password resets/access controls
* Software installations
* Hand held support
* Strong experience is MS packages - Office, Outlook, Active Directory
* Intranet support

Nice to have:
* Google experience would be a nice to have

Strong Customer Service is the key, approachable, personable, structured and technical (Networks, PC's Telephony, Change requests)
