Retail Senior Business Analyst

My Client are a large retailer with offices in London and also a head office north of the M25. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a large Business Process Re-egineering project.

The successful candidate will come from a RETAIL STORES OR SUPERMARKET BACKGROUND.

Purpose of role:

- Analysing business problems and investigating feasible options, costs and timeframes, to deliver in a manner which allows the business to make informed decisions
- Capturing, confirming and managing detailed business requirements through to successful implementation
- Being the custodian of these requirements throughout the full project life cycle; supporting project delivery by ensuring that those IT solutions implemented meet the needs of the business audience
- Working with the business to improve continuously the way in which we work

Main responsibilities:

- Building relationships in the business, to thoroughly understand the day-to-day business processes, with the aim of working with the business to review and improve continuously the way in which we work
- Owning and facilitating business interviews or workshops required to define process areas or requirements
- Working with the wider business, IT and associated external suppliers` teams to ensure that any solutions implemented meet business requirements
