The Product Advisor is the ultimate provider of extensive product knowledge and sales support based upon each customer's unique needs, both before and after the sale. Serve as a friendly and insightful primary point of contact for customers. Deliver an amazing customer experience every time.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Acquire and maintain an elite level of product knowledge in all client retail products and service offerings.
- Be the in-store example of the client's vision of the long term customer relationship.
- Provide customized solutions to 'new' purchasers that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with corporate and field team members in the development of the necessary tools and programs that will lead to long-term relationships with elated customers.
- Flawlessly execute the sales and service strategies of the organization.
- Engage, Educate, Excite, and Empower customers and team members alike.
- Smile, have fun, work hard and achieve success.
- Perform phone activation
- Complete sales transactions with POS

REQUIREMENTS

- Superior Customer Service skills
- 2 years previous retail sales experience
- Passion for software products and technology
- Certifications a plus
- Prior experience selling technology preferred
- Teaching or training experience a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Team player and ability to get along with others
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, public facing environment
- Lifting with or without assistance (Loading and unloading all those great products and carrying purchases out for our customers may be required!)
- Must be able to work a regularly scheduled shift
- Must be able to be mobile throughout the store
