Retail Promotion Consultant for B2B Sales / Communication (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Working with account managers and sellers on online shop site to construct, measure and optimize retail promotions to increase order size and drive incremental sales to a specific sales target
-Present promotion tool directly to sellers to drive tool adoption and education on its benefits
-Providing formal and ad-hoc support and training to the account management team, Call Center Agents and sellers on how to use promotion tool and retail promotions best practice
-Working independently to source and analyze data in order to make recommendations on retail promotion opportunities on a seller by seller and portfolio basis
-Identifying high performing sellers and offers to add to high traffic areas of the site

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Substantial experience in online retail promotions, merchandising and pricing a must
-Strong analysis skills and the ability to extract and translate insight into actionable conclusions
-Extremely strong communication skills both written and verbal to internal and external audiences
-Prior experience as trainer, manager or consultant in this field preferred
-Track record of providing proactive and creative solutions to problems with minimal supervision
