Retail Banking Specialist / Business Analyst

MUST HAVES:
*Deep expert knowledge (>5 years) in consumer retail banking or lending companies
*Robust experience (>5 years) in consumer lending products
THE ROLE:
1.KEY ROLE: Develop/Write business requirements and processes (e.g. for underwriting, loan payout, scorecard, credit risk management, management of asset and liabilities, etc)
2.Interact and negotiate commercial contract with partners
3.Analyse, evaluate and develop commercials and terms
4.Be the liaison between the business units/teams.
REQUIRED:
*Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
*Strong analytical skills and problem solver. Comfortable working with numbers
*Be able to work under pressure. Able to work independently as well as in teams
*Have great interpersonal and communications skills
*Understanding of digital technology
