My client, a global retail bank, is seeking business facing non IT senior design analyst to identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on change projects in order to support the high performance delivery of change projects. A cards background would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be required to:

*Design: As part of the delivery of business change, the Senior Business Design Analyst will lead business design and business analysis functions on projects.

*Plan Change: Ensure all governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements are considered during development of requirements and designs

*Manage Change: Develop and implement new business change processes, systems, products and services on a change project. Provide an aggregate high level view of the combined proposed solutions and ensure alignment with the change solution.

*Build Executive Leadership and Commitment: Provide specialist, objective and analytical insight on all business design and analysis related activity on a change project. Lead/contribute (as appropriate) to Project, Programme and Cluster level Design Authorities

The ideal candidate will be able to:

*Influencing/networking - developing internal and external business relationships and using own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others opinions and actions

*Understand at a high level the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates

*Sound commercial judgement and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry, particularly the business impact of the regulatory environment

To qualify the successful candidate must have:

*An understanding of and comply with the requirements of Strategic Change Execution Board Standard, Group Change Governance framework and Group mandated Business Change methods, standards and tools
