Restaurant Supervisor

The main responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor include:

Ensuring that all daily Food and Beverage is organised, served and set up correctly in the Restaurant
Ensuring that the operation in being adequately supervised at all times
Ensuring smooth running of the dinner service
Maintaining high service standards
Training and developing staff
Updating and maintaining the department's SOP's
The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Supervisor position will enjoy working within a friendly and productive team and have excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with shifts between Monday and Sunday.

The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Supervisor position should:

Have previous experience within a similar role in a four star hotel
Have knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and service
Have previous experience in training and developing a team
Be able to interact in a professional manner with guests and employees
Communicate effectively in English
Have a positive and friendly attitude
Be eligible to work in the UK
