POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Respiratory Technician applies equipment and procedures to patients demonstrating abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. The technician will only perform procedures verified by their Verification of Work Form from their school and must pass skills and competency for those procedures approved. The technician will work in conjunction with an established staff therapist.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Current Health Care Provider BLS training is required. Student must be enrolled and in good standing in an accredited Respiratory Care Program. Must also have a valid Ohio Limited Permit.
