Respiratory Technician

TTM Medical are now recruiting a Respiratory Technician for a large Teaching Hospital based in Limerick. This is a contract role starting immediately.

Key Requirements:
Must Possess Certificate in Medical Physics & Physiological Measurement or BSc Clinical Measurement Science or equivalent
Relevant experience in a Respiratory Department.
Must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the role
Ability to liaise closely with medical staff and work within a multi disciplinary team
Experience in performing and interpreting the following: Spirometry, DLCO and Lung Volumes (HE dilution and body plethysmography).
Experience in the set up and analysis of full inpatient diagnostic polysonmography and CPAP titrations.
Ability to carry out Methacholine Challenge-Bronchial Provocation Tests, inspiratory and expiratory pressure measurements
Must hold Garda Vetting.
