Resourcing Specialist

I have an urgent requirement for my large financial client who is urgently looking to appoint a candidate consultant for an initial 6 month contact.

The purpose of the role will be to:

- Identify talent hot-spots and skills gaps to maintain candidate's pipelines
- Develop relationships with Resourcing Consultants to understand their specific business area and talent needs
- Management and maintenance of candidate talent pools across a range of business functions (eg Risk, Finance and Technology)
- Responsible for the delivery of pre qualified candidates for matched vacancies
- Engage and maintain communication channels with candidates in talent pipelines
- Manage the proposition to candidates

Deliverables:

- Delivery of shortlisted candidates for open vacancies via talent pools
- Deliver a robust communication and engagement plan for talent pool candidates (ie keep warm strategy's)
- Identify risks, where appropriate, in relations to candidate's skill gaps
- Provide feedback to help support campaign design
- Develop and manage strong sustainable relationships with candidates

Skills & Experience:

- Resourcing specialist with a strong track record of candidate sourcing and pipeline management
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of recruitment market dynamics
- Understanding and practical application of a variety of selection methods
- Technical & professional resourcing knowledge
- Resourcing best practices in high performance organisations
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, delivery focused environment
- Knowledge of cost-effective sourcing strategies to generate candidate pipelines
- Resourcing requirements will fluctuate and this role needs to be flexible to support changing levels of business activity
- Flexibility and change orientation
- Graduate - Honours or equivalent commercially orientated post graduate qualification
