This organisation is looking for a Resourcing Specialist who will be responsible for attracting, qualifying, selecting and hiring professional and management candidates.

Delivering a cohesive resourcing approach through an internal consultancy approach which specialises in the development and implementation of progressive resourcing strategies and practices including; Direct Sourcing, employer branding, attraction and selection tools, vendor relationship management and the resourcing life-cycle. Ensures all deliverables are measured through Service Level Agreements and add value to the business.

1. Principal Accountabilities

* Understand Hiring Managers needs, coach and advice on candidate profiles and overall recruitment process and strategy to deliver suitable candidates effectively.
* Attract, select and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers to staff open positions and build a strong talent pipeline.
* Extend, negotiate and close employment offers with candidates.
* Drive closely the recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner according to processes and standards.
* Thoroughly track candidate information and up-date activity progress and status in ATS and reports.
* Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organisations, colleges and universities, alumni organisations, industry organisations, employees and colleagues contacts to help identify and source qualified talents.
* Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, trends in recruitment and industry and best practices and improve continuously recruitment service delivery.
* Be prepared to take additional responsibility in leading Global Projects in line with the Resourcing Centre of Expertise strategic plan as delegated by the global CoE leadership team.

Essential / Desirable Competencies

* Experience of delivering complex recruitment solutions within an engineering or technology focused business
* Demonstrable experience of stakeholder and candidate management
* Typically requires proven HR professional experience.
* Extensive full-lifecycle recruitment experience of professional and manager levels in agency and/or in-house staffing department
* Demonstrable experience of Direct Sourcing methodologies.
